To ensure a safe, positive experience, when booking a limousine service, be sure to get a contract in writing.  We also recommend you ask to see a limousine before you make a reservation.  Ask if their driver’s have a Commercial Driver’s License.  For your safety, all of Elegant Limousine’s drivers possess a current Commercial Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsements.  This means they have passed a state issued written AND road test qualifying them to transport passengers in a safe, professional manner.

PERMITS
The following permits are required for all limousine companies to operate in the City of Grand Forks.  When making a reservation with any company, be sure they are properly licensed and ensured.
